Experiment in time tagging comments during a Zoom meeting:

1:26:00 into video Fabien introduced computational notebooks. https://youtu.be/St-7zsuFYeY?t=5043
“A Computation Notebook can be thought of as an Interactive Literate Program.” Peter Wasilko
1:31:00 Brandel showing another perspective changing graphics: http://worrydream.com/ClimateChange/ https://youtu.be/St-7zsuFYeY?t=5459
1:38:00 configurators and meta-configurators Brandel on computational objects https://youtu.be/St-7zsuFYeY?t=5739
1:46:00 we should all put in some time codes so that I can easily make links for YouTube https://youtu.be/St-7zsuFYeY?t=6175
2:00:00 an app to write notes for auto links. https://youtu.be/St-7zsuFYeY?t=6958

The way I would like it to work would ideally be to let me just write a note and have the system figure out the video link automatically. Ideally I should just have to enter the YouTube URL and it will do the rest.
I think a good solution would be if on cmd-t in the ciTation dialog there was an option for ‘Insert Timestamp’ (cmd-t again) which would insert a plain text timestamp, such as 1:26:00.
Once the session is done and the youtube video is uploaded/uploading and there is a URL, the user can then copy the YouTube URL and in Author select the block of text which has the notes and do cmd-t again and because text is selected, the ‘Insert Timestamp’ button is now ‘Assign YouTube Link to Timestamps’ (also cmd-t). If chosen a dialog appears with entry box for the URL, a start time (which is remembered until next session) and a option to make the links to the timestamps be a bit before the timestamp (default 15 seconds). On clicking ‘OK’ all the timestamps are added to Endnotes after the times, since if they simply become links then these links are not reliably exported to PDF.
